Meet Our Founder

Nolin Sharick 

Nolin Sharick, founder of NoLimit Training, is a former Fairfield High School graduate where he was a two time NECC All Conference basketball player. Nolin then went on to be a multi-sport student-athlete at Bethel University, where he competed in both basketball and track and field.

His experiences as a collegiate athlete deepened his passion for discipline, personal growth, and building a supportive team culture. Through his journey, Nolin has come to value faith as the foundation of his life, guiding him in both his work and relationships.

Grounded in his belief that greatness is a choice made daily, Nolin seeks to help young athletes unlock their potential and grow in character, both on and off the court. Supported by his wife, Kara, who shares his dedication to faith and purpose, Nolin’s mission is to inspire athletes to embrace challenges with confidence, resilience, and heart, encouraging them to walk in integrity and strength.
